Attorney Profile
I graduated from Cumberland School of Law (Samford University, Birmingham) in 2000 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001. I was able to begin practicing law in 1999 under a special program that allows certain students to appear in court and handle legal matters during their third year of law school. That was very rewarding and allowed me to hit the ground running when school was over. After graduating, I worked for insurance companies defending injury cases.
Marietta Personal Injury Lawyer
Since starting my private practice, I have made a diligent effort to keep my case load small enough so that each client receives the attention and detailed representation they deserve.
My practice is not a factory firm that handles thousands of cases and shoves your case off to a low level attorney or a secretary, who will not even return your call. Each case that comes into my office is handled by me personally—the owner of the firm. And, I promise that every time you need to speak to me, you will.
Please review the client testimonials. I make a conscious effort every day to make sure the individual needs of each client are met. That includes promptly returning calls, fully researching every possible issue in each case and diligently preparing each case as if we will be going to trial.
Now, my goal is not to waste years of your life forcing your case to trial. But, if each case is prepared like trial will be necessary, you generally will receive a much better and faster settlement.
My office is located in East Cobb County near Marietta. I represent clients in Metro Atlanta and thorough the state of Georgia.
